Overview

These terms govern your use of Huetype (huetype.com), operated by Red Oak Tree Studio PTY, an Australian company. By using Huetype or purchasing a report, you agree to these terms.

Personalised reports are generated automatically using AI and are not individually reviewed by a human assessor prior to delivery.

The Service

Huetype provides an online personality assessment tool inspired by the DISC color framework. The service consists of:

  • A free 25-question quiz
  • A free personality teaser
  • A paid personalised report (~2,500 words)
  • A downloadable PDF of your report

Purchases

  • Reports are priced at AUD $12 per report
  • All purchases are one-time payments — there are no subscriptions
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe
  • You will receive your report after payment is confirmed
  • Your report PDF will be emailed to the address provided at checkout

Refund Policy

Due to the digital and personalised nature of reports, we do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your report, contact us at privacy@huetype.com within 7 days and we will resolve it promptly.

Intellectual Property

The Huetype name, logo, quiz questions, report content framework, and website design are owned by Red Oak Tree Studio PTY.

Your personalised report content is yours to keep and share. You may not resell or commercially reproduce report content.

Disclaimer

Huetype reports are for personal insight, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional psychological assessment, career counselling, or medical advice, and should not be used as the basis for any personal, professional, or medical decisions.

Results are based on your self-reported answers and reflect your responses at the time of taking the quiz. They do not constitute a clinical diagnosis.

Reports are generated using artificial intelligence based on your quiz responses. Output may vary and is not reviewed by a human assessor prior to delivery.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Huetype's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for your report.

We do not warrant that report content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Privacy

Your use of Huetype is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at huetype.com/privacy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
